City Business License renewal
Fictitious Business Name Statement renewal
California Statement of Information filing
Yearly check-in regarding status of LLC and assessment of legal needs
Tax reminders, such as for the California franchise tax and the federal tax return
Please be aware there will be ancillary government filing fees for all of the above (usually around $150, not including the California annual franchise tax).
